This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are managed at RoneeWeb (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Terms

• Projects begin only after the initial payment or booking amount is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery, migration, or site handover.
• Maintenance plans and hosting renewals are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled before project start and no work has begun, a partial refund may be issued.
• If design or development work has started, cancellation is allowed but without refund for work already completed.
• If the client becomes unresponsive for 30+ days, the project may be paused or closed without refund.

3. Refund Policy

• No refund once design drafts, layouts, or development work has been delivered.
• No refund for delays caused by client-side missing content, late feedback, or approval delays.
• No refund for digital products, downloadable resources, or subscription-based services.
• Refunds, if approved as an exception, are processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

• We do not provide refunds for domain purchases, hosting renewals, SSL, email, plugins, or third-party tools.
• Pricing changes from third-party providers are not under our control.

5. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required content.
• Approve revisions within the agreed timeline.
• Submit accurate, legal content for publishing.

6. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• No work has started AND no resources have been allocated.
• The service paid for cannot be delivered due to internal reasons.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

• In case of dissatisfaction, the client must contact us directly.
• Chargebacks filed without notification will be treated as contract violation and legal recovery may apply.

यह नीति बताती है कि RoneeWeb वेबसाइट विकास, डिज़ाइन, होस्टिंग, सब्सक्रिप्शन और अन्य सेवाओं के लिए भुगतान, रिफंड और कैंसलेशन कैसे प्रबंधित करता है।

1. भुगतान की शर्तें

• किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट की शुरुआत तभी होती है जब प्रारंभिक भुगतान प्राप्त हो जाता है।
• अंतिम पेमेंट मिलने के बाद ही वेबसाइट हैंडओवर, माइग्रेशन या फाइल डिलीवरी की जाएगी।
• होस्टिंग और मेंटेनेंस जैसी सेवाएं समय-समय पर नवीनीकृत की जाती हैं।

2. कैंसलेशन पॉलिसी

• अगर कार्य शुरू होने से पहले कैंसलेशन होता है, तो आंशिक रिफंड संभव है।
• एक बार डिज़ाइन या डेवलपमेंट शुरू होने के बाद रिफंड लागू नहीं होता।
• यदि क्लाइंट 30 दिनों तक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देता है, तो प्रोजेक्ट बिना रिफंड बंद किया जा सकता है।

3. रिफंड नीति

• डिज़ाइन ड्राफ्ट, लेआउट या किसी भी कार्य की डिलीवरी के बाद रिफंड नहीं।
• क्लाइंट द्वारा देरी (कंटेंट न देना, लेट अप्रूवल) की स्थिति में रिफंड नहीं।
• डिजिटल या डाउनलोड योग्य प्रोडक्ट्स पर रिफंड नहीं।
• अनुमोदित रिफंड 7–14 कार्य दिवसों में प्रोसेस किया जाता है।

4. होस्टिंग, डोमेन और थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाएं

• डोमेन, होस्टिंग, SSL, ईमेल, प्लगइन्स आदि पर रिफंड लागू नहीं।
• थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाओं की कीमतों में बदलाव पर हमारा नियंत्रण नहीं।

5. क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारियां

• सही कंटेंट, लोगो, टेक्स्ट और आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान करना।
• निर्धारित समय में प्रतिक्रिया देना।

6. रिफंड कब मिलेगा?

• जब कोई काम शुरू नहीं हुआ हो या संसाधन आवंटित न हुए हों।
• यदि सेवा तकनीकी कारणों से प्रदान नहीं की जा सकती।

7. विवाद एवं चार्जबैक

• किसी भी असंतोष की स्थिति में पहले हमसे संपर्क करें।
• बिना सूचना के चार्जबैक शुरू करना कॉन्ट्रैक्ट का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा।
