We provide website design, development, hosting guidance, branding materials and related digital services. Any additional features or work requested beyond the agreed scope will require extra charges.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business details, content, images and required information.
- Respond to revisions and approvals within reasonable timelines.
- Ensure submitted content does not violate laws or copyright.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments must be made as per the agreed plan. Work begins only after initial payment. Final delivery, domain access and files may be withheld until full payment is completed.
3.1 Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once design or development work has started unless explicitly approved.
4. Revisions & Changes
Each plan includes a predefined number of revisions. Extra revisions or feature additions may include additional charges based on workload.
5. Intellectual Property
Final approved designs belong to the client after full payment. However, we may use your website in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
5.1 Copyright Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring all submitted text, logos, images and media are legally owned or licensed.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect and store information responsibly. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate hosting providers, plugins, APIs or third-party tools. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, pricing changes or policies of third-party services.
8. Website Hosting & Maintenance
We do not provide hosting by default unless included in a specific plan. Hosting, domain and renewals are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, hacks, misuse of content, or third-party issues. We provide services on a best-effort basis without guaranteed performance unless contractually stated.
10. Termination of Service
We may suspend service in cases of non-payment, misuse, abusive communication, or illegal activity.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update terms periodically. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of updated terms.
